I was told a little while ago that orange and green are two of the most difficult colors to do in print. So, naturally, I decide to color a character wearing all orange with a glowing green logo. lol

Seriously, I had to do this one as soon as I saw it 'cause it reminded me of a funny thing that happened at work a couple weeks ago. I was working the games/electronics department when a mother asked me for a game recommendation for her 7 year old son. After going through the usual suspects like Mario and the entire Lego series, we came across a Scooby Doo game. Nothing remarkable, it's the type of game that'll be in the discount bin before you know it, but I was getting desperate by this point so I pointed out the recognizable, kid-friendly character. The mother flatly refused. "We don't watch Scooby Doo in our house," she informed me. "It's too sexual."

Yes, you did just read that right.

Now, I don't know what show SHE has been watching, but as far as what I've seen, beyond the realm of Rule 34 and fan art such as this, the show has always been pretty tame, even in its most recent incarnation. The only skin you generally see on the girls are their faces and their hands. And I pray to God she wasn't talking about the dog.

I can't remember what, if anything, that mother walked away with. Certainly something designed for kids half her son's age. I'm sure hated it. On the up side, "Oh, no. Too sexual." has become a personal running joke/meme, and it inspired me to color this piece. I hope you enjoy it. (Just not in THAT way. )
