So, throughout "the Uniques" [link] it's referenced a couple times that Shawn (AKA: Young American, then Countryman) used to babysit Telepath and a couple of her teammates when they were little. I imagine it going a little something like this...

This is actually a really old idea of mine. I first thought of it about the same time I did my Singe & Kid Quick drawing. I even drew it, but then never scanned or colored it. I'm kind of glad I didn't, too, because I've learned soooooo much since then, so it turned out much better this time around.

Thank you so much! I think MB is my favorite part, too. I just kinda imagined her being kind of a tomboy, playing in the dirt and getting scraped up. Telepath was a lot of fun too- she's usually so serious, it was fun to do something a little silly with her. And on a more technical note, I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of the glow effect. Something just clicked here and I'm really happy with how that turned out.
