Babylon 5 meets Sherlock

Commission for my friend Katie, who is actually the one responsible for getting me into Babylon 5 in the first place way back in high school. She's also the biggest Sherlock fan I know. As she pointed out, the B5 crew already ran into King Arthur and Jack the Ripper, so to have Sherlock show up wouldn't even be all that weird. And I just imagined him showing up to solve some mystery, Garibaldi tagging along with almost child like enthusiasm to be working with THE great detective while Ivanova, meanwhile, just complains about yet another crazy person showing up on the station and causing havoc.

Side note, even though I've drawn a few Babylon 5 pictures, this is actually the first time I've drawn their original uniforms. I typically prefer their later black uniforms, but I have to admit, these were a lot of fun to draw/color, and I think it makes it feel a little more like the show. Also, the concept just felt, to me, more like an early series episode. Somehow it just seemed to fit.
